പശ്ചിമ ഘട്ടമലനിരകളില്‍ ഏറ്റവും ഉയരം കൂടിയ ആനമുടിക്ക് 25 കിലോമീറ്റര്‍ തെക്ക് ഉയരത്തില്‍ രണ്ടാം സ്ഥാനമുള്ള ചൊക്രന്മുടിയുടെ തെക്കന്‍ താഴ്വരയിലുള്ള ഒരു മലയോര കര്‍ഷക ഗ്രാമമാണ്‌ പൊട്ടന്‍കാട്.ഇടുക്കി ജില്ലയിലെ ടൂറിസ്റ്റ് കേന്ദ്രമായ മൂന്നാറില്‍ നിന്നും ഏകദേശം 20 കിലോമീറ്റര്‍ ദൂരത്തില്‍ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്നു.അടിമാലി ബ്ലോക്ക് പഞ്ചായത്തിന്റെയും ബൈസണ്‍വാലി പഞ്ചായത്തിന്റെയും കീഴിലാണ്‌ പൊട്ടന്‍കാട്

i was shocked and plesently surprised to see a blog for our potankad. Although i am not a 'potankadian', i studied and grew my wits in the classrooms of sshs,pottankad, just like any of you, i guess.
you have written about pottankad along with a beautiful flow chart and the description you have attached along with that is great.
Ajeesh, i think i know you as my junior in the school (it is wild guess, but if you are a class mate of franso's, then i think we have met, not that i know franso, it is just i know his name), the work and the thought is good and i would do anything to spread this blog at least among our guys.
